1. Is the use of this portal (advertisements, tenders/auctions, firm listing, forum, dictionary…) free of charge?
Yes, the use as well as all of the options are absolutely free. In order to take advantage of these complementary services all you have to do is register.
2. Is the registration (personal/business account) free of charge?
Yes, registration is free regardless of account type (personal/business).
3. How do I register and log-in?
In order to register you will need a password, log-in id and valid e-mail address. You will need to fill out the registration sheet and validate the information provided. You will receive an e-mail which will contain a validation link. Please click the link in order to validate your account. If you do not validate your account within 48 hours the account will be deleted.
4. Why did I not receive an e-mail with the validation link?
In many instances e-mails of this type might end up in the spam folder of your e-mail account. Please be sure to check that the e-mail was not filtered to the spam account. We are more than happy to resend the e-mail if necessary.
5. Are you having problems logging-in?
While attempting to log-in you see a pop-up that says: Incorrect log-in or password. Your have probably entered an incorrect log-in id or password. Try re-entering the information and remember that passwords are case sensitive.
6. Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password our system will generate an e-mail to the account provided during registration or specified in your profile. In order to re-set your password, please select the „forgot password” option.
7. How do I add an advertisement, tender, auction or listing to the catalogue?
In order to add an advertisement, tender, auction, or listing to the catalogue you must be logged into the portal (refer to question #3). Next you will need to select a desired option from the main menu, drill to the selection of your choice and click on the given link to add an advertisement. Next you will need to fill-out all the applicable information, add pictures, and verify the information.
8. How do I add pictures to my advertisement?
Our portal supports pictures up to 64KB is size and in these formats: gif, jpg, png. Optimal recommended picture size for an advertisement or tender/auction is 300x300px, for a catalogue listing (such as logo, etc.) 150x75px.
9. How do I change my personal information such as: e-mail, password, phone number, address, etc.?
On the main page of the portal, in right upper corner you will see user options. Click on the option that pertains to you. Please be sure to note any changes made to you profile.
10. Why is only my e-mail address showing on my listings (and not my phone number, etc)?
In your user profile you have an option to select: show my contact information. If you do not check off this option your listings will only show your e-mail address. Please be sure to note any changes made to you profile.
11. How to participate in tender or an auction?
In order to participate in a tender or an auction you first have to be logged into the portal (refer to question #3). Next you add an offer (for a tender of min 1 zł/€ less; for an auction of min. 1 zł/€ more). After the tender or an auction is over the person who offered the winning amount will be notified by e-mail about the terms of the transaction.
12. How long will my advertisement be listed in the portal?
30 days with a possibility of extension (two days prior to the expiration of your ad you will receive an e-mail) or until the user removes the ad or liquidates the account.
13. How long will my tender/auction appear in the portal?
How ever long you have selected during your initial set out of the offer (3-90days), or until you (the user) remove the add.
14. How long will my listing appear in the firm catalogue?
How ever long you as the user specified or until the account or listing is active.
15. Why is it beneficial to list my firm in your portal?
Our complimentary listing service is an informative tool for potential clients searching for an ideal firm/business as well as a free investment (short 5 minutes of your time), and easy way to give any firm an identity. The portal is indexed in international searches and functions in 4 different languages.
16. What languages are offered during listing (firm catalogue, advertisement, tenders, auction…) in the portal?
In order to improve communication of global economy English is used as an alternative language.
17. How to place orders?
Please see question #8.
18. Who is responsible for the content of the offers listed?
In accordance with rules and regulations of our portal the user is responsible for all listed content.
19. Can I subscribe to a subject in a forum?
Yes, there is a functionality (order subscription or cancel subscription) attached to all threads. Once you order a subscription you will be notified by e-mail every time the thread has activity.
20. Why did I not receive an e-mail for a subscription, newsletter, or any communication (such as an end to an auction)?

21. Why did an offer submitted by me did not appear on the portal?
There is only one possibility in this case! The moderator of our portal did not agree with the content of the offer because it did not follow the rules of the portal.
22. Can I list offers that are outside of the scope of the portal?
What will happen if I list the same exact offer many times? The moderator and administrator have to right to reject any offer that does not follow the rules of the portal.
23. How to cancel/remove an account?
You may always cancel and remove your account. Please remember that if you choose to do so, all of your personal information and your offers and listings will be removed as well. The appropriate option is listed in the user’s profile.
24. Does the portal sell printing equipment (printers, laminators..)?
The portal does not sell or purchase any equipment. The portal allows users and firms to list their business (firm listing, tenders) and post advertisements.
25. Does the portal sell advertisement space (banners)?
The portal does take reservations for a limited time to allow users/firms to take part in a drawing for a free advertisement. The ads will start 01.11.2009. Please contact:
